Global Alignement
Globally, the deep tech sector is rapidly growing, with funding increasing from 15 billion in 2016 to over 15 billion in 2016 to over 60 billion in 2020, highlighting its transformative potential. In alignment with this trend, the Government of Uganda has established a Local Electronics Hardware Manufacturing Facility to boost the country’s deep tech ecosystem.
